PayThyme Support Pricing

Support for PayThyme is available by annual subscription and there are two standard options for Linux-based systems, Premium Support and Update Support. Where support outside the scope of the standard options is required, we will provide individual quotations. For Windows-based systems the support available is Update Only.

Support options

With PayThyme we offer a range of support options and other services, including developing additional modules for non-standard functions should you require it. These include:

  • Premium Support, with the choice of software updates being automatically delivered to your PayThyme system by Clockwork, or of downloading them from our secure server, have access to the PayThyme Premium Support Hotline and to the Online Forum, PayThyme User Group Membership and a range of other benefits. Premium Support is not available for Windows-based systems.
  • Update Support, where you can download software updates from our secure server, and have access to the PayThyme Online Forum, PayThyme User Group Membership and other benefits.
  • Special Support Services are available to cover anything you may need from us in support of PayThyme that is not covered by Premium Support or Update Support. Services range from basics like helping you to migrate data, through to developing additional modules to meet your business specific needs, including integration with other applications such as HR systems, financial and reporting tools. These services are quoted on an individual basis.

PayThyme Support Pricing

The table below shows the pricing for Premium Support and Update Support for Linux based systems only. Calculating what PayThyme Support will cost is easy, because it is based on the number of employees at the start of the subscription period - for PayThyme systems supporting more than 50 employees simply add the relevant price or prices per employee to the entry level price.

Thus the ongoing Premium Support annual subscription for a system supporting 300 employees would be £300.00 + 50x£2.00 + 150x£1.25 + 50x£0.75 = £625.00 exclusive of VAT.

Where a subscription has been allowed to lapse for longer than 30 days, there will be an administration charge of £100 for reinstatement.

These figures are exclusive of VAT, and do not include any cover for special support. They are effective from 1st January 2005.

Windows-based systems are provided with Update Support only and ongoing support commences at £600.00 per system for an entry level system supporting up to 50 employees. This price-disparity between Linux and Windows reflects the additional costs we incur in supporting Windows-based systems by comparison with Linux-based systems. Prices for ongoing support for Windows-based systems above entry-level are available upon application.
